Try VPN On/OFF, disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it to default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, remove the undervolt
