How to fix Error 3D Builder Couldn't Load That Error Code 0x8000FFFF On Windows 10 & 11
Step 1) Run the Windows App Troubleshooter
Step 2) Try Updating the App from the Store
Step 3) Update Windows 10
Step 4) Reset the 3D Builder app
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall 3D Builder app
Step 6) If the textures which you are using has special characters like -_&@ - so make sure that the textures have short names with no special characters or hyphens/underscores etc.
Step 7) Use Ultimaker Cura- It is a free 3D printing software which can import the broken .3mf files (or any other 3D format) from 3DBuilder and fix them during export
