Step 1) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver.

Step 2) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run Madden NFL 21 on dedicated graphics card.
Step 3) Run the game as an administrator. Also try launching the game from installation folder
Step 4) Try Windows 8 compatibility mode.
Step 5) If you are able to launch the game then switch to DirectX11 or vice versa.
Step 6) Disconnect all the external devices which you are not using from your PC, Unplug your Controller/Gamepad before launching the game and plug it back in after you get to the Menu.
Step 7) Change Process Priority to Realtime for Madden NFL 22. Press Alt + Tab and open task manager
Step 8) Allow game exe file to the antivirus program or Windows Security
Step 9) Install Visual C++ files

Step 10) Disable overlay in Origin or steam users in steam and close all the overlay apps, also close all the overclocking apps, perform Clean boot and close all the background application
Step 11) Update windows 10 to the latest version
Step 12) Repair the game in Origin or Steam
Step 13) Try Window mode, Lower down the game resolution to 1920x1080, Try Auto-detect for FPS or Lock the FPS at 30, Turn off Antialiasing, Turn off Bloom and 3d Grass
Step 14) Uninstall and reinstall the game
