Steps to reinstall or download Video Editor On Windows 10 & 11
Step 1) Update photos App from Microsoft Store
Step 2) Reinstall Latest Version of Microsoft Photos App using this link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/microsoft-photos/9wzdncrfjbh4?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
Step 3) Uninstall Photos app using the command provided below
Get-AppxPackage *photos* | Remove-AppxPackage
Now reinstall Photos app from Microsoft Store.
