Fix Game Not Installing On Xbox App Error Code 0x00000001 In Windows 11 & 10
Step 1) Restart the installation, login with same account on MS store and Xbox App, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 2) Update Windows
Step 3) Make sure Gaming services & Xbox Identity Provider is installed

Uninstall remains of gaming service
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 4) Repair/Reset gaming Services
Step 5) Make changes in the registry
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services
Delete GamingServices and GamingServicesNet
Restart your PC
Uninstall Gaming Services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Reinstall Gaming Services
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 6) Run wsreset command
Step 7) Reset Xbox app and MS Store
Step 8) Uninstall and Reinstall Xbox App
Step 9) Run Windows Store troubleshooter
Step 10) Run Powershell Command:
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 11) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 12) Run inetcpl.cpl command
Step 13) Use media creation tool to update Windows 11/10
