Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Make sure you don't have any other Minecraft launcher installed on your PC, if you have any other unofficial launcher then uninstall it, restart your PC and try again
Step 3) Repair/Reset Minecraft Launcher
Step 4) Login with same account on Xbox App and Microsoft Store
