Using this simple method you can improve the loading times of Fallout 4 London by a lot which is more noticable when trying to load the open world of London, this is done using an FPS limit with MSI afterburner and rivatuner statistics framerate limiter along with a mod called Load Accelerator which reduces the loading time by controlling vsync(fps) and CPU affinity at loading screen which is expected to shorten the loading time under an SSD environment.
