Step 1) Restart Steam, restart PC
Step 2) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try compatibility mode, disable full screen optimizations
Step 3) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall, add all the exe files
Step 4) End all nProtect/GameGuard/Game related services in task manager
Step 5) Verify the game files
Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall nProtect GameGuard
Step 7) Try --use-d3d11/-dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 8) Delete the GameGuard folder and run the game as an administrator, this will recreate the GameGuard folder and then launch the game again.
Step 9) Delete the 'GameGuard" folder and verify the game files
Step 10) Delete the config file (Saved settings will be lost) Rename/delete the save game files, create a backup first (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 11) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 12) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Roll back graphics driver
Step 13) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 14) Delete/remove mods
Step 15) Turn off/Turn on VPN, for many users enabling Cloudflare WARP has worked
Step 16) Perform power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable from PC for 1-2 minutes, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router, connect the power cable back to PC and then restart your computer
Step 17) Switch to different network, use mobile hotspot, try ethernet connection
Step 18) Run these commands

Step 19) Try Google DNS server

Step 20) Use power saver mode/Balanced/High performance mode
Step 21) If able to launch the game turn off crossplay
Step 22) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 23) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, disable Steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), , turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 24) Update System BIOS, set BIOS to default, try older version of BIOS
Step 25) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.

Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 26) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
