Here are some troubleshooting tips for when your keyboard or mouse only works in Windows Safe Mode:
- Try connecting your keyboard/mouse to different USB ports on your computer. Sometimes there can be issues with particular ports.
- Make sure your keyboard/mouse drivers are up to date. Go to Device Manager, expand the "Mice and other pointing devices" and "Keyboards" sections, right click on your devices and select Update Driver.
