ii. According to web search results, there are indeed some network settings you need to check before using Bing AI chat. Here are some of them:

- Ensure you have a personal & active Microsoft account and sign in with it. You can't use a professional or organizational email to access Bing AI chat.
- If you use a VPN, you may encounter some errors or limitations. Some users have reported that they can't access Bing AI chat anymore due to some "network settings" when using a VPN.
- To increase your chances of getting off the waitlist, install Edge, make it the default browser, and make Bing the default search engine. Also, install the Bing Mobile app for iOS/Android.
- If you want to use Bing AI chat in any desktop browser other than Edge, you may also install the Bing browser extension and click on it next to the address bar.

0. Plz note that the new chat AI is still a work in progress. The server may experience technical glitches and bugs from time to time.
1. Check your internet connection. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that your internet connection is working properly.
