Step 1) Restart your PC and then try installing again
Step 2) Make sure you don't have any other Minecraft launcher installed on your PC, if you have any other official or unofficial launcher then uninstall it, restart your PC and try again
Step 3) Open Xbox App and Microsoft Store in the background, make sure you are logged in with the same account on both the app, now try to install it again, you can also login to Minecraft website and try installing again
