Fix Restricted access changed-Voice/Data/Emergency service is blocked in Android|Tablet-restricted access changed.





I get the following error message/notification in my new android:

Restricted access changed

Voice service is blocked.




This error solution is common for android,tablets and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and the service providers are reliance jio 4g,airtel,aircel,vodafone,docomo,idea.



Some error occurred devices are samsung,sony xperia,asus,sony,black berry,micromax,htc,lenovo,panasonic,vivo,gionee,redmi,oppo,one plus one,moto e,moto g,moto x,moto z,yureka,nexus,pixel,lg g3,lg v10,lg g5,lg g2,lg g4,lg k7,at&t,redmi note 3,moto g2,htc one,nexus 4,moto g4 plus,moto g3,moto g4 and sometime iphone also.




This error is not only occurred in voice service it is also common for emergency service is blocked/data service is blocked.





Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-SIM management.

2.Now choose "Always ask" option for voice and messaging.

3.Once deactivate your voice service sim card.

4.Then again goto settings-more also enable "4G" service (If available in your handset).

5.Goto settings-mobile data.

6.Click to enable "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode" this option for hd voice call.

7.Finally again try to call one person the problem is solved.
