Fix The Settlers New Allies crash to desktop (CTD),crash in skirmish, crash on startup, freeze & Black Screen on PC
Step 1) Switch to native resolution in Windows
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) Switch to -dx11, if able to launch the game, select dx11
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder
Step 5) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program or Windows security
Step 6) Clear your Ubisoft Connect cache
Step 7) Disable Ubisoft overlay, also close other overlay applications (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application, perform clean boot
Step 8) Reinstall files in support folder
Step 9) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 10) Roll back graphics driver

Step 14) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 15) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 16) Make changes in game graphics settings: If able to launch the game, try dx11, try Windowed mode & lower down graphics settings
Step 17) Update your Windows
Step 18) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 19) Update System BIOS
Step 20) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
