Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-apps-all.

2.Click this icon ... and select "Reset app preferences" option.

3.Locate"Whatsapp messenger" and click to open it.

4.Click "Force stop" and "clear data" option.

5.Now again goto your whatsapp and register your mobile number.

6.If sms trick not working you can click "call me" option for verification.

7.Finally the problem is solved.
