1.Goto your settings-apps-all.

2.Locate"whatsapp messenger" and click to open it.

3.Then click "clear data" option.

4.Now goto your android phone file manager and click to open your "SD card" memory.

5.Then locate "whatsapp" folder and click to open it and also click to open "data bases" folder.

6.Now choose any file and long press that file and goto "rename" option.

7.Then add "backup" infront of the file name.
