How To Fix Error DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.
Step 1) Roll back graphics driver (roll back to 572 or later) go for clean installation, try debug mode

Step 2) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 3) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 4) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall, allow NGService as well.
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall NGService
Step 6) Try power saving mode
Step 7) Run the game from the game installation folder, run the game as an administrator, try compatibility mode
Step 8) Rename/Delete config folder (saved settings will be lost) Rename the save game files, create a backup first (Save game progress will be lost)
Step 9) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia App, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay) Do not overclock (set it to default), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Install Visual C++ Files https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160
Step 12) Increase the Virtual memory
Step 13) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 14) Update the system BIOS
Step 15) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
