Fix Windows 10 Stuck in Safe Mode and Wont Boot

When Windows is having a issue we are told to boot to safe mode, but what happens when you use msconfig and change boot mode from there and then then reboot your computer to find that it wont boot into safe mode? So you reboot and low and behold it tries to boot into safe mode again, now you are stuck in a reboot loop and can't get out of it.

I will show you a simple way to remove the save mode from bcdedit.
You will need a Windows Disk or USB flash drive with windows on it.

Boot to this device and follow my steps in this video.

bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
