You don't have an app that can open this file(.docx).Try searching Google Play for one that can.

This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marsh mallow.



some error occurring devices are samsung,micromax,lenovo,htc,panasonic,vivo,one plus one,gionee,redmi,yureka,moto,nexus,galaxy devices and some time iphone also.




Solution:


1.Goto play store and search ".docx".

2.Choose "Microsoft word" and click to install that file.

3.After the installation again goto gmail access the same file the problem is solved.
