I get the following error message while try to install/update the whatsapp messenger via google play store:

Can't install app

"Whatsapp Messenger" can't be installed.Try again,and if the problem continues,get help troubleshooting.(Error code:-11).



This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marsh mallow.



Some error occurring devices are samsung,sony,yureka,vivo,gionee,redmi,asus,lenovo,micromax,panasonic,htc,one plus one,samsung galaxy devices,moto,nexus,honour and some time iphone also.



Solution:

1.Goto settings-apps-all-google play store.

2.Click "Force stop" and "clear cache" options.

3.Finally once restart/reboot your android.

4.Then again try to install the app from google play store the problem is fixed.
