I get the following error message while try to calling the voice /video calling in whatsapp:

Couldn't place call.Make sure your phone has an Internet connection and try again.

This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marsh mallow.




Some error occurring devices are samsung,sony,micromax,asus,vivo,htc,lenovo,gionee,redmi,nexus,pixel,pansonic,one plus one,galaxy devices,moto devices and sometime iphone also.





Solution:

1.Goto settings-sim management.

2.Once click to "deactivate" your sim card.

3.Then suddenly also "activate" it.

4.Now again try to access the whatsapp and try to call that same persion using voice call/video call.

5.Problem solved.
