Method:1
goto my computer then right click on it and select "properties"
select"advanced system settings" and click "advanced" tab
goto "startup and recovery" click settings.
untick"automatically restart" and select "complete memory dump"


method:2
goto run then type"msconfig"
select "boot" tab then tick "safe boot".
finally once restart your pc the error is fixed.
