I am using multiple graphics mods.

Add this to kotor2.ini under [Graphics]
DisableVertexBufferObjects=1
DisableVertexBufferShaders=1

Disable V-Sync and Soft Shadows in the graphics settings. Make sure they are turned off and unchecked even if you disable them in the .ini file.
