🎮 Floyd's Sticker Squad Review by #NimbleThor:
Floyd's Sticker Squad is an isometric bullet hell shoot'em'up with a time travelling mechanic that has us travel back in time when we die to replay the same level with a new character alongside our past-self.
It's exactly as crazy and fun as it sounds, and the art-style is unlike anything I've seen on mobile, which gives the game a certain charm.
Shooting happens automatically when enemies are close by, and our objective is to simply swipe left, right, up, and down to avoid enemy attacks and get to the exit at the end of the level before time runs out.
As we progress, we earn sticker packs which we open to fill up our albums with stickers. Once we've unlocked all stickers for a monster or new character, we get to play with and against those characters in the game, which has got to be one of the most innovative progression systems I've ever seen.
The game has plenty of $1-$6 iAPs to buy sticker packs, remove the annoying 20-30 seconds ads, or buy the optional weekly subscription, but you don't need any of them to enjoy the game (except for maybe the $1 iAP to remove the ads!).
