After the horrifying tragedy at Fredbear's Family Diner, known as The Bite of '83, William Afton, the once co-owner of Fazbear Entertainment, spirals into a fit of rage and madness after the loss of his child. Mind shattered and filled with vengeance, Afton sets his sights on his former business partner and best friend, Henry Emily, and decides to attempt revenge by sabotaging Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, Henry's still growing animatronic-restaurant. Under the alias of Dave Miller, a night guard at the pizzeria, William infiltrates the establishment by going on a gruesome killing spree during the day in hopes that the place would get closed down for good. Avoiding news headlines and staying professional, Dave Miller stays low and continues his duties as a night watchman. But. . . something is wrong with the animatronics by night.
