Fall Event

September 19th, 2016 the fall event will start. It's all about apples.

First there is the usual quest line. You have to solve the well known tasks like collecting coins, goods or supplies, polish or motivate, scout provinces or conquer sectors. As a reward you get apples. Beside these rewards there is another for completing the whole quest line.

Greva Darn is not the only source of apples. You can pick them from apple trees. These grow around your city. Whenever another player, friend, guild member or neighbour, motivates or polishes any of my buildings, there is a 20% chance of planting an apple tree around my city. Each apple tree gives 7, 10 or 20 apples. In an active neighbourhood this is the main resource for apples. By the way my apples never grew on the right side of my city, only above or left, sometimes below. I highly recommend to motivate and polish very much during the event. This increases the chance that the target city owner does the same to you – possibly planting an apple tree for you.

After collecting a certain amount of apples you can open one of the two baskets. Looking on the prices and the related percentages to win these, most players will come to the result that the decision should be the 100 apples basket. In doubt continue to collect a bit.

Every day there is a special price, e. g. Diamonds. Assigned to it is only a low percentage to get it, but it can be an advantage to wait until a real attractive special price is offered.

If you hit a daily price, you can buy this again and again for a certain amount of apples. This only works during the same day and only if you already won that daily price through a basket. Still having the required number of apples to use that option is the real challenge.

Having millions of coins, receiving an 'extra large coin package' with 12,000 coins in the early middle ages feels like a blank. But other prices are really interesting. There also is a brand new one: You can store an event building in your inventory again, e. g. because you need the space urgently. Until today removing an event building wasted it completely. This option can be interesting for event buildings that get upgraded every year, e. g. graveyard or large confectionary. The one up kit is less interesting.

Of course you can buy apples for diamonds. Also you will be offered apples as a bonus when buying diamonds. If these offers are interesting, everybody needs to decide on his own.

All apples used to open baskets are counted toward a neighbourhood goal. Reaching this will result in a price for everybody in that neighbourhood: coins, supplies, medals or the store building item.
