The adepti are going human like it's going out of style!
I'm not really sure what Mihoyo's thinking but why did they make them NPCs instead of fully-fledged characters? Did they run out of time? In that case I hope they explain that it's just a temporary form they cobbled together and they just never really had a human form before unlike Cloud Retainer. Otherwise it just feels like a waste since it'd be awkward to then go back and give them fully designed human forms once these have already been seen. Good grief what's Mihoyo been doing?
