Forsaken Remastered, can't be really seen as not so known game, but since it got only 144 Ratings on steam, it might be lesser known by todays gamer. When the game came out i only played it a bit on the Playstation 1 in a electronic market. So i consider this my first gameplay experience. The game is harder than i thought. But with the knowledge i got from the first play, i'm sure i get further on the 2nd round. I could also start the game on a easier mode.
What i love about the game is the light effect. Every shot got their own light radius, which is reflected by the walls. So shooting with different weapons let the sourroundings shine in these colors. This is something you saw in many 90's fps games. Since this was new, and they where going over the top with it. But i love it.

So what is this game about. Forsaken is basically Decent, a First Person Shooter, where you can go in all directions, not sure if you can turn of that auto-alligning to the ground, since this is a bit weird for that game. So you can go in all directions, but the gravity tries to keep you upright.
You go through these on the video mostly linear levels, defeat drones or even enemy riders. You collect gold for points and 1-Up (yeah this game comes with a live counter). You start each level with your basic weapons and you find new weapon pickups on the level. Pickup like orbits work combined with your base gun and other weapons shoot alone, but different and mostly stronger.
You can also shoot different types rockets, but the supply is limited.
You should go with the rockets for tanks, since they are relative slow, but bullet sponges, and you shouldn waste too much ammo on them.
After you reach the end, the level stops. It's not like in decent, where you planted a bomb and had to escape through the way you came from.
