Formula E is a relatively new racing series based around an electric engine limited to 200 kW, or 180 HP in economy mode and 270 HP in qualification mode. These open wheelers defy everything we thought we knew about formula racing engines. The debate about Naturally Aspirated, Turbo and Hybrid pros and cons has a new angle, electric motor only. Luckily for the sim racing community, Studio 397 has brought Formula E to rFactor 2 for us to try out these modern formula cars. Here is my review.
