Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC

Step 3) Login with same account in Xbox app and Microsoft Store app. (Both Steam and Game Pass Users) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 4) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install Xbox Identity provider

Step 5) Make sure your Windows User name does not have any special character/Diacritics such as à, ő, è, ⌢ , ˜
Step 6) Create A New Windows Account as Administrator without any special character/Diacritics in it
Step 7) Go to:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft.ForzaMotorsport\User_SteamLocalStorageDirectory\ConnectedStorage\ForzaUserConfigSelections
Open UserConfigSelections with notepad and change the resolution (option id="IDS_Resolution_Label) with whatever resolution you are running, save and run the game
Step 8) Go to C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft.ForzaMotorsport and delete Microsoft.ForzaMotorsport folder (You may lose all the game progress and saved settings)
Step 9) Delete Xbl login credentials

Step 10) Update all apps in Microsoft Store
Step 11) Lower the display frequency of your monitor, try 100/120 Hz, you can also do this in NVIDIA control panel
Step 12) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode. Game Pass Users create shortcut and run game as an administrator

Step 13) Do a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 14) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 15) Allow the game to Antivirus program and Windows Security
Step 16) Verify the game files (Both Steam and Game Pass Users)
Step 17) Disable overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc.
Step 18) If able to launch the game, turn off DLSS/FSR, turn off Raytracing quality to off in the advanced graphics settings seems to have resolved my crashing issue, Switch to Medium Dynamic Render Quality, try windowed mode and lower down graphics settings, turn off V-sync in Nvidia control panel
Step 19) Keep Windows and the game resolution same
Step 20) Update Windows

Step 22) Disconnect multiple monitors, disconnect additional joystick, controllers. Unplug VR/Windows Mixed Reality Headsets and external USB devices & USB adapter connected to PC, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt, perform clean boot
Step 23) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 24) Update the System BIOS
Step 25) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 26) Game pass users: Repair/Reset the game
Step 27) Run this command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 28) Uninstall the game, delete the game files, restart your PC and reinstall the game to different drive (Mechanical/SSD)
Step 29) Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10
