In the new Pokémon Legends Z-A, you can revive the fossils Amarino, Balgoras, and Aerodactyl in the lab. Since no auto-save is triggered afterward, you can soft-reset these Pokémon for as long as you want. They can be 1% Alpha and 1/4096 Shiny. With a Turbo Controller, you can even hand over multiple fossils AFK.
