So like, at the end of Sonic 06 they blow out the Flames of Solaris thus creating a time paradox where the events of the game get erased, so Sonic never met Elise or Silver and all that jazz never happened. BUT them blowing out the flame happened at the END of the events of the game, but before that happened at the end of Silver's story Blaze sacrifices herself to destroy Iblis in the future. Thus she isn't with everyone else at The End Of The World where time and space were collapsing so it's likely she was unaffected by the time paradox. This might get confusing but just imagine time from a fifth dimensional perspective and it makes more sense: Blaze sacrificing herself happened BEFORE the Flames of Solaris was blown out erasing the events of the game from existence. So while the events of her sacrificing herself were undone, and in fact Silvers hellfuture in general would be negated, Blazes experiences would remain since she existed outside of space and time when the flames got blown out.
