Managed to meet up with Krikey for a fly, as we haven't gone out in an age. As well as the normal Falcon wing (me) and AXN (him) We decided to both take our bravery pills and fly a few planes we hadn't touched in a while. So welcome back the Skywalker and Bixler 2... which does still prove to be underpowered in some circumstances.

We'll have to revisit the bomb site. The weather just wasn't playing ball, and Krikey wasn't on any sort of OSD or AP, so we didn't want to push the video.

It turned out to be very windy, at least down low - and then it rained. Yay for the British summer. The Bix was eventually found after about 20 minutes using a helical as a direction finder. No damage, at all - a textbook bush landing
