The first showcased lineup is not in a positionally-good spot, so watch out for lurking enemies. The main use for the lineup is if your teammate wants someone to open A Door so that they can catch enemies off-guard from a safer, more distant spot. Basically, only really higher-ranked players may find a situational use for it.

However, the second lineup is actually in an interesting spot - it's a spot that people don't often play, and from my experience, catches enemies off-guard quite often (Dia/Asc lobbies). That second spot will put you in some really advantageous situations while you're getting ready to perform it - if enemies have faked sites and are stomping to A Site (or enemies rotated extremely quickly), you will be able to do a quick and extremely unexpected peek on the enemies through A Doors, in most cases with their backs facing you - thus granting you 2+ kills if your aim is good. This one can be used in lower rank lobbies very effectively, but comms are recommended.
