Just like Windows 8, Fraps does still record OpenGL and DirectX games under Windows 10. It won't record your desktop apps or your Win tile apps, but it does fine with games that use OpenGL or DirectX.

So if you already own the full version of Fraps and you want to record your favorite game, you have nothing to fear from Windows 10 unless that favorite game is Flash or Java and the like.

But, if you want to record games, don't buy Fraps. The softeare team isn't responding to emails at all. Try a different game capture program. I use Bandicam. It is lightweight, fast, tons of options and is updated very regularly.
