and by doing 2 weekly quests in your Covenant Hall.

What If Renown Level Appears "Stuck"?
If your character appears to be stuck at a certain Renown level that is falling short of the weekly maximum, and you aren't given any opportunities for catch-up Renown, take a look at two things:
whether you've done your two current weekly quests
how much you've progressed on your Covenant campaign
