This is the bonus mission of the Battle of Neptune campaign, a telling of the early stage of the War in Heaven conflict of the Blue Planet series from the GTVA's side of the war. Blue Planet tells the story of the GTVA's return to Earth after constructing the Delta Serpentis portal, modeled on the Knossos devices. We occupy the character of Ensign Reiji Nash of the 312th Bodysnatchers, stationed on the GTD Vengeance in this flashback. The Shivans are pouring into Capella and we must hasten the civilian evacuation. We are on standby for convoy escort as Sathanas-class juggernauts continue to enter from Gamma Draconis and make for the Capella star when a call comes out to assist a convoy of transports under attack en route to the Vega node.

Command Responsibility involves making several command decisions over the course of the mission, so we're going to play it three times, taking a different branch each time. This is the third play.
