This is the seventeenth mission of the Warzone campaign for Freespace 2. Commander Niven has successfully tracked the GTE Vidar to an unknown jump node leaving the system. An Argo transport has docked with the ship, and Shivan fighters are flying patrol around it. We can only assume that Admiral Russik has made contact with the Shivans. We must deploy immediately to capture the the Vidar and its crew before it can successfully escape. The GTCv Liberty will deploy to help us mop up any Shivan capital threats; we must also protect this warship.
