This is the eighth mission of the Cardinal Spear campaign for the Freespace Port, first developed in 1999 as a mod for the original Descent: Freespace. It is 2331, the height of the Terran-Vasudan War. We occupy the role of a new pilot assigned to the GTD Agamemnon's aggressor squadron. Along with the GTC Wyrm, the Agamemnon will attempt to fulfill the Cardinal Fleet's original mission and strike at Ta'chirik Ma'ang. Our wing will go in first to verify that the area is safe for the operation. Our capital ships will then jump in and launch bombers to finish the job.

For some reason both the fourth and eighth missions share the same name, so I put a "2" on the end of this one.
