These are the tenth and eleventh missions of the Silent Threat Reborn fan campaign for the Freespace Port. The Shivans are against the wall, and our squadron has been assigned to chop the head from the snake: The SD Archon, the Shivans' last remaining capital ship. The new EMP missile has been completed by GTI's R&D branch, and we will field test it in this mission: Before our arrival, an R&D squadron flying off of the Repulse will saturate the target zone with the warheads, rendering Shivan targeting inoperative. It should be a turkey shoot.

As you can see from my concurrent playthrough of the original Silent Threat, the Freespace Port team wasn't given a whole lot to work with for this remake. I am doing the original campaign and this remake side by side since they depict the same events (in different ways).
