Frog Fable is a 2D bullet-hellish top-down shooter with RPG elements by 23 Turtles. In this playthrough, I complete the game with no deaths.

You play as a fellow named Zbylut, who was sent by the village cook to get milk from the nearby city in order to produce pancakes for their king. Matters quickly escalate with hostile bubble-throwing frogs and other odd yet hostile wildlife popping up across the world.

Thankfully, your main weapon for dealing with these frogs and others are magic bubbles which can inflate enemies until they blow up (a la Dig Dug). And defeating enemies garners you red crystals which you can use to upgrade your walking speed, max health, energy regeneration,, and bubble speed.

In short, this is a fun and short game. It can comfortably be completed under 30 minutes, or even 20 minutes if you are speedrunning. The game is mostly easy excluding the two boss fights, but you can grind for more crystals and (later) purchase restorative juices from the cook.
