Manual Samuel is a storybased QWOP-styled platformer with a healthy dosage of humour. That sounds insane, but that's because it is.
You play as Samuel, a well-off son of several generations of wealthy people in a normal day of ignoring his girlfriend and acting like a ponce. When his girlfriend has enough of his poor behaviour, she breaks up with him and storms out of his life. As he chases after, he's mowed down by a garbagetruck and sent to hell for his life of sin.
In hell he meets Death, whom proposes a deal: He will be given his life back, if he can survive for 24 hours while being manually in control of all his bodily functions.
