1This was the worst week of my life.
It all started when my fiancée died in my arms. I was heartbroken and despondent until a precocious green haired girl broke me out of my funk. She told me that I had a duty to help save the life of some woman I had never before met. And who am I to turn down the request of a precocious little girl?
I recovered the Sandruby from Antlion Cave, murdering the beloved mascot of my kingdom. But then I had a nightmare about my beloved Anna. That nightmare turned into a fight for my life, with my dead fiancée teaching me about bravery. She taught me to fight and never run. Thankfully those are easy orders to follow when you are a rich Prince and can buy anything you want.
I once again showed my bravery by fighting off an entire siege. I am sure Anna would be proud of me.
But I couldn’t continue to show my bravery as I fell into the ocean a short time later and was knocked unconscious. I awoke today surrounded by beautiful women and I got to play a beautiful song to defeat an ugly elf. Now that is how you hero as a bard.
And to think my would-be father-in-law called me spoony.
