Update 10 Feb 2022: In the 8 Feb test build, frost mages were nerfed significantly. However, Blizzard chose to retract the Icy Propulsion nerf. After reviewing the content in this video, I still stand by most of my initial assessments - however, all the numbers are significantly lower.

After testing double legendaries on the PTR, I've got plenty of information for my fellow frost mages preparing for 9.2. Some of these combinations are incredibly fun to play, especially Necrolord frost with Slick Ice & Death's Fathom among others. While this video focuses mostly on frost, Harmonic Echo is amazing for arcane and I think we might see a M+ meta shift away from frost in 9.2.
