Update 10 Feb 2022: In the 8 Feb test build, frost mages were nerfed significantly. However, Blizzard chose to retract the Icy Propulsion nerf. After reviewing the content in this video, I still stand by most of my initial assessments - however, all the numbers are significantly lower.

This is a follow-up to my previous video, focusing on the single target rotation changes frost mages will see in 9.2 with the Tier 28 set bonuses equipped and showing the power of Necrolord Frost in action!
