Uploaded my first 3D video. 3840x1080.
-Works proper on a phone with the youtube mobile app, cardboard vr button.
-Anaglyph looks proper for anaglyph on a PC browser. Press the Theater mode button for a bigger picture.
EDIT:
-FINALLY found a way to play Full Side-by-Side 3D on a PC. Tested on Chrome:
Press F12 to open up the debug menu. Ctrl+Shift+M, or press the little mobile phone icon to the top left of the debug menu. Now click on the drag down menu that appeared, it probably says "Responsive", change that to "iPad Pro", 100% and disable "Auto-adjust zoom", now click the Rotate icon to the right of "Online". FINALLY, finally RIGHT CLICK and refresh the page (important to click on the body of the page) with the debug console still open.
If everything worked right, the video should now show SBS at any resolution you want. (If not, it will put you on the mobile site, with limited resolution.)
At this point, close the console pressing F12, open up your preferred SBS solution, something like Virtual Desktop or however you are streaming your desktop to a 3D headset (or TV). Then just full screen (F11), full screen the video and play it in 3D! (Choose Full or Half SBS depending on the video.)

... Sounds like a lot of work, but as long as you don't refresh the page again, you can keep surfing other 3D videos in SBS, without downloading the video for an external player like Skybox VR.
Youtube really has gone all out, in hiding SBS. And sadly their own Youtube VR app has its own issues, stretching out 3D videos for one (probably expects content at Half SBS?). DeoVR is in the same boat. Everyone wants to support 180 and 360 VR videos but not basic 3D videos. Probably because of motion sickness... But, hey. Give the users options, not remove them!

-Alternatively you should be able to download the SBS video, and watch on Skybox VR. Set the ratio to 16:9 and it looks great.

3D WARNING: I'm used to the pretty wild 3D effects, but don't watch too much if it makes you feel motion sickness!

So, PPSSPP VR worked pretty good, considering it uses a pretty old version of PPSSPP and never got an update. Some glitches. Couldn't get the perfect 60 FPS working smoothly even though I can set it to 800 FPS. Maybe I don't have the same version or needed setup as another youtube user tried. I think I'll record more PVs, since it's pretty neat to see in 3D.
Well... Enjoy!
