195Dealing with Stress and Anxiety? Me Too. Over the last week I have been super stressed out over my whole apartment situation. It's given me some anxiety but I've fought through and wanted to provide some stress management tips and techniques that have helped me as well as do something to help lighten my mood. I also would like to thank everyone for their support over the last few days, it's been crazy but I think I've figured it out and am very excited to be moving on from the situation.
