In This Video We Are Looking At FunOS is a distro GNU/Linux with the following features :
- Based Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
- Use JWM window manager
- Use LightDM display manager
- Use Xorg server display
- Use kernel HWE
- Present without Snap
- Comes with some basic applications such as file manager, text editor, terminal, image viewer, music and video player, calculator, web browser, document viewer and several other basic applications.
- Lightweight, use around 230-250MB of RAM when idle
- The installer file size (ISO) is only about 1.6 GB
- Use Ubiquity for the OS installation process
- Can be installed on a computer based system BIOS/Legacy and UEFI
- Support Secure Boot
- Only available for 64-bit architectureed PCs / laptops (amd64)
