0:00 Boss: Overlord Baalmon
This first round is easy due to him being by himself. He's resistant to almost every type of attack except Holy. Unfortunately, once you win this round, another battle will start.
3:54 Boss: Baalmon and Aryphimus
This time, you have no food buffs and the enemy has twice as much DPS. You'll have to use Agramed and Griswold to maintain your buffs. Unlike me, you may want to consider using Quathorn so he can cast Kraxus. Wein can deal holy damage, but he's so slow that I recommend replacing him with Quathorn for defensive purposes.
28:53 Captain Baffa Raises the Bar
Remember Baffa from the first kraken quest? He has a new quest, but he won't give it to you unless you prove yourself worthy from completing other sidequests. He'll give hints about which quests you're still missing.
20:22 Back to Tantalasia Shrine
You'll notice smoke coming from the shrine's sprite on the world map. At the bottommost room, you'll find a chest and a summon orb.
21:56 Boss: Thanatos
This boss will really spam deathblow skills, so instant death resist on everyone is a must.
31:22 Ascending to the Circle of 12
In order to qualify as circle members, Furi and Quathorn must overcome illusionary trials.
33:08 Quathorn's Past
Quathorn started as a subpar mage, leading to his peers bullying him. One day, Lobar traps him in a room in the Tower of Novices. Quathorn must solve several puzzles in order to proceed.
For the first puzzle, Quathorn must find a flint to light the torch. Then he must read the books in a specific order. The first letter of the titles must spell EXIT.
In the next room, you have to memorize the sequence of lit-up crystals and examine them in the same order. Recording software makes the last sequence much easier to reproduce. Failing that, you could always use pen and paper to quickly write down the correct order.
Save before examining the orb. You can get different stat boosts depending on how you answer. The aggressive answers gives you STR, but also gives you a boss fight against Berenus. Personally, I committed to the middle answers because Quathorn needs more magic.
38:21 Boss: Berenus
You'll have to use potions, since the past version of Quathorn has no summon spells or his yellow weapon.
42:04 Furi's Farming Life
Furi is angry that she's stuck in a novice class that she already passed. The teacher then teleports her to an area where her magic is useless.
The mechanics here are very poorly explained in game. You have to acquire sulfurous ash, mandragora root, and mushrooms to create a potion of recall.
I can't include the full instructions due to Youtube's draconian character limits. Here's a link to that particular section of the Steam guide.

55:47 Forlorn Siege
Remember how the Lexicron was attacked during our time in the Tower of Amon'Quel? Now we get to play this part from Quathorn and Furi's perspectives. When you control Quathorn, he'll have to fight several mobs of Forlorn, and he'll probably need MP items to clear them quickly.
When you control Furi, you must commit to either aggressive or passive choices. I went with aggressive, which means I have to fight Forlorn mobs and a boss. Fortunately, Quathorn will regain his full power.
1:02:34 Boss: Zacharael and Kahr
They may be illusions, but you'll still need Charm Bracelets to survive them. Kill Kahr first because of his low HP.
1:08:51 Trial Complete
I guess we won because we committed to our decision. The two mages are now part of the circle, though they'll still travel with us.
