** Due to the game being a Rogue Lite I cannot give an exact location to get the achievement ** however I can give you the method I used to get the achievement.

Method :
Firstly find a room with 5 or more enemies close to each other. It also helps if some are stationary and dont move. If there are bugs flying around lure them to the stationary enemies. Once you have 5-6 close to each other use your special move (Y Button) which will freeze them. Now jump above them and push directionally down to stomp on them. After each one jump to the next one and stomp on them. Doing a stomp resets you and you can keep jumping and dashing after a stomp.

Stomp on 5 without touching the ground and the achievement will unlock. I suggest Comic 1(Chapter 1) for this. If you dont find a good room push start and restart until you find a favorable room to get this done.
