I don't think anyone would have expected a niche character from Fate Grand Order like Sei Shonagon - an Archer class servant, would even have much of a chance to get a figure of her made. And yet here we are, a prize figure of her by Furyu. This is your only option at the moment, but if you wanted something nicer, Phat Company has one on the way. Though, God knows when that one will be released.

In the meantime, this prize figure of Sei Shonagon is nice to have, and light on your wallet. It is quite unfortunate that she is so small though, and there are a couple of weak points on this figure you will want to watch out.
